My name is Denise. While my practice started over a decade ago, 

I have come across tremendous change in my life

 which has brought me to a place of revamping my practice and actually 

my entire being. 

 

And so....that being said.....Hypnosis By Denise has transformed into...

I am excited and honored to take place in your healing journey!

From my earliest memories, I've been fascinated by the human experience, driven by a deep desire to understand myself and others, and to offer support. My journey began with yoga in my early twenties, which provided a profound sense of peace and connection. Then, in 2008, during a challenging time, I explored hypnotherapy for the first time as a way to gain insight and this transformed my life. Not only did it address my immediate needs, but it also revealed my true calling. This led me to certification in hypnotherapy and past life regression, and the birth of Hypnosis by Denise.

My passion for healing continued with Reiki level 1 and 2 attunements. I believe life's challenges are opportunities for profound growth, and my mission is to help others rediscover their inner light, trust its guidance, and share it with the world.

Today in addition to being a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, I am a Certified Counselor, Grief Life Coach,Trauma Informed Counselor, Trauma and Recovery Coach and Yoga Instructor for Trauma, Anxiety and Depression, providing heart centered healing and care to those ready to overcome life's challenges.

 

It is my mission and passion in life to help people heal through their traumas. 

I am an empath and a heart healer and I am most passionate 

about helping people find their most authentic selves. 

I believe we as humans come here to do our souls work 

and to learn our lessons to take back home. 

I have been blessed with the understanding, the ability, 

the love and passion to help along that journey.
