In early 2008 I was dealing with some personal road blocks in my life and asked the Universe for a sign... this sign directed me to my very first hypnosis session. It was life changing!! Not only did it help be with the current situation at hand but I realized it was "the thing" I had been waiting for!  My whole entire life.  I had always wanted to work with people and at 30 something, while I didn't forget the dream, I was in the process of starting my family and it certainly wasn't in the forefront of my mind. Until... it was! I know this was something not only COULD I do, but I was MEANT to do this... I researched schools, and unknowingly selected the very same school my hypnotherapist graduated from. I received my certification as a Hypnotherapist in February of 2009 and I felt like I had met a version of myself that was ready to come alive my whole life. I shortly received my certification as a Past Life Regressionist and as a Reiki Healer. I've been blessed to be seeing clients as Hypnosis By Denise since then where I live in Dutchess County NY as well as Nyack, NY in a great space that at the time was The Birchwood Center. 

Fast forward to early 2021... my thoughts, my feelings and therefor my life was about to take a huge turn. I realized after so many years, not only have I transformed, but my goal as a healer had changed as well. I thought, I meditated and knew this was the time to dive into my life, be open to the next chapter and own a bigger steak in who I am and who I am meant to be...on this earth, in this life.  With time and clarity, "Hypnosis By Denise" transformed into "Sacred Healing". 

At the very beginning there was a bit of a "hiccup".... which I'll talk about in a later blog... again the Universe in action.... but that is a little bit of how this all began!

Just goes to show that even when you least expect it … the universe is still working behind the scenes for you. All you have to do is ask and pay attention ! More on this in future blogs as well …
